Congratulations, your transmission is now fully installed, but don't forget these final crucial steps.
Make sure that the fluid level is correct. Pull the transmission dip stick out wipe it off an insert it back in the tube. Now remove it again and check the dip stick. Be sure to check both sides of the dip stick, the lowest side is a correct reading.
After you've taken a vehicle for a test drive you need to perform a final lift check. Put the vehicle back on the lift and check
all potential areas or leaks. Check the tail housing and rear seal, front seal, around the pan gasket, as well as looking above
the pan at the electrical connectors filler tube, servo covers and cooler lines. Along with the connections at the transmission
and the radiator.
Finally do one last check of the transmission fluid level
