Customer Service/Sales Specialist

Growing Salem NH Call Center has immediate openings for a Customer Service/Sales Professional. Position involves answering inbound calls in a high volume call center. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual that will drive sales, process orders, respond to customer inquiries, manage customer escalations, and provide best-in-class customer support.

This individual must also be willing to perform other duties as assigned, (i.e. faxing, filing & general administrative functions, etc.). 

Hours of Operation:

9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. M-F, every other Saturday 7:30 am to 1:00 pm Saturday.

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have the following skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• 6+ months inbound call center/sales experience 
• Demonstrated verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Computer literate
